The Garden House is an adults only property and all guests must be at least 17 years old. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and check-in
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Special arrangements must be made for arrivals after 9:00 PM. Please let us know if you will be arriving late.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated outside areas. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in room.
All rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional $30 extra per night per person in rooms that can accomodate more than two guests will apply ($50 during Weekends, Holidays, and Special Events).
Dogs up to 40 lbs are welcome guests at the Garden house. There is a nightly fee of $50 for the first dog and $25 for each additional dog. All pets must be leashed, housebroken, people-friendly, non-aggressive, and quiet.
Minimum stays may be required for general reservations. During Holidays and Special Events, minimum stays and a two night deposit are required. A fifty percent deposit and a 5 night minimum is required for Fantasy Fest and New Year’s. Rates, minimums and deposits are subject to change without notice, always call 305-294-1666 for most updated information.
Limited daily parking is available and is distributed on a first come, first served basis. The cost is $20 per night per vehicle before tax, subject to availability.
Wi-Fi access is freely available throughout the property.
We cannot be responsible for events affecting guests' reservations outside of our control. We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment! It covers you for a multitude of unforeseen travel difficulties (health and family issues, etc.), as well as weather-related events. Two good sources are: www.Squaremouth.com and www.Insuremytrip.com.
